Courtney graduated from Texas A&M and completed her Masters degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Richard co-founded Orion Groups with a passion for Healthcare Technology. He has implemented and managed patient care applications for over twenty years. In addition, he is a proven leader of large teams delivering enterprise application management, technical advances. and process improvements. Richard's experience allows him to truly understanding his client's needs.
Allen Jones
Chief Financial Officer
Allen is the Chief Financial Officer for Orion Groups. He has extensive experience managing large-scale portfolios. Allen will provide valuable guidance to Orion Groups in developing a strong financial structure for long term growth. He has a Masters Degree in Finance from Baylor University and has been a CFO for over twenty-five years.
